That 14 year old girl,
Drinking whiskey, smoking weed,
Is cutting her wrists,
Just to watch it bleed.
Braceletts on her wrists,
To hide what they would despite,
She's beaten at home
And doesn't know what's right.
Her father hates her
And mom doesn't care.
When she needed them,
They were never there.
In school she wears a smile,
She acts like nothing's wrong,
But at home she knows
She doen not belong.
And when she suddenly starts tro cry,
In the middle of all of you
Then you are laughing at her
But you don't know what she's been through!
You start bullying her,
You give her stupid names.
Guys used to lie at her
And used to play games.
When she is tieing the rope,
You are her last thought.
And when she's dead,
You know it's your fault.
And when the radio says:
'Girl bullied to death'
Then you know she ended
The life she used to have.
Or that boy with black hair,
That always acts cool,
Because you call him 'emo'
He started to hate school.
With a Black Veil Brides shirt
And braceletts on his arm
He hides the secret
Of his own self-harm.
But the day you saw
The lines on his wrist,
You gave his life
The final, deadly twist!
You laughed at things,
You did not understand.
He got really angry
Forming a fist with his hand.
But he was one,
And you were all.
The wall to climb
Was just too tall.
So he gave up
On putting things in line.
But he still pretended
That he was fine.
And one sad day
He was finally dead,
Getting the peace
He wished he'd had.
All of those teenagers
Always followed every rule,
But the world we live in
Is just too damn cruel!
